Skiing Up In The Sierra Nevada Mountains

Skiing / Snowboarding in southern Spain? Yes.
When you have mountains as high as 3482m there is plenty of snow.

Sierra Nevada Is the most Southern Ski Resort in Europe. Boasting all year round sunshine and just a relatively short drive inland from the famous Costa Del Sol coastline of Southern Spain.

Sierra Nevada held the 1996 Downhill world cup and the final of the 1999 Downhill world cup. There is 45 ski runs to choose from, and plenty off piste when the snow's right. We provide free tuition for Skiers and Snowboarders, making sure you get the best out your day on the slopes. We will be situated in the bustling ski resort of Pradollano. This lively picturesque Spanish town offers fantastic Après-Ski, numerous intimate restaurants, and the chance to party until the wee hours. Our hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main town centre with beautiful views over the slopes.

What you need to bring

Most people prefer to bring their own Ski or Snowboard equipment. You can hire the latest equipment from the resort.

Suitable clothing for skiing e.g. hat, goggles, gloves, etc. Don't forget sunscreen - this is very important when skiing at altitude in Southern Spain.
