ACTIVITIES

	We will spend the day in Ardales National Park, testing our skills against the awe-inspiring rock faces Ardales has to offer us. There are many different routes we can try, ranging from beginners to the more advanced. There are plenty of opportunities to sit back and watch your friends. Enjoy the challenge.
We will also take you to a fantastic absail site which will really get your adrenalin pumping. No experience is necessary as our experienced guides will take you through the ropes!! What you need to bring The same as trekking, if you have climbing shoes bring them; but they're not essential as most people just wear trainers. All safety equipment is provided.
